Anabella Duque of Louisiana Tech, won both of her singles matches to up her season mark to 4-1 from the No. 3 position. She also notched a doubles win with teammate Saharai Uriate against Harding.

Around the WAC & Ranked Teams
WAC teams faced three opponents ranked in the top 50 last week, falling in all three contests. This week the WAC matches up against five of the nations top 25 teams. After facing No. 11 UCLA, No. 17 Fresno State has a few days off before facing San Diego. No. 44 SMU gets right back into action after losing to No. 26 Florida International, when they face No. 21 Baylor on Wednseday. Rice, who suffered a loss at the hands of No. 48 Arkansas, squares off against No. 22 TCU. Hawai`i may have the biggest challenge of the week, as the face off with No. 3 Stanford during their Californina swing. Boise State, who has won thier last six games, looks for another win as they take on No. 23 Oklahoma State. Nevada heads to Seattle for a match against No. 12 Washington to end their northwest trip.

Tough Road Ahead
Hawai`i heads to California for a five game road-swing in just six days. To make it harder, the Wahine face No. 3 Stanford in game two of the pacific trip.

Conference Play
San Jose State will play host to WAC foe Louisiana Tech in the first conference match-up of the spring season on Saturday, Feb. 23.
