Rice's Fabien Giraud went 3-0 on the week picking up a win in a match against No. 14 Texas A&M, helping the Mustangs to the 4-3 upset. He also picked up a win vs. Florida, one of only two wins in the match, while winning all three doubles matches he played with teammate William Barker to improve to 8-0 on the season. Tulsa's Alejandro Tejerina helped his team to a 2-0 week. He moved up from the No. 4 spot to play at the second position. He won 6-0, 6-0 vs. UMKC and moved up again to No. 1, where he won 6-2, 6-2 against Drake. Guillame Bouvier of Boise State defeated Oregon's Manuel Kost 6-4, 7-6, 7-6 to give the Broncos their fourth and match-winning point. He also paired up with Imraan Ismail to notch an 8-5 win.

Fresno State Drops Two on the Road
Leaving the comforts of home, the Bulldogs headed to Texas where they faced Texas and SMU. Against the Longhorns, Fresno State fell 7-0. The following day, the Bulldogs fought hard but fell to SMU in a narrow 4-3 defeat. The Bulldogs took the doubles point and Nick Fustar battled it out against No. 55 Krystian Pfeiffer in three sets, losing 7-5, 4-6, 6-1.

Fresno State will head out again this weekend to face No. 44 Harvard on Saturday and No. 49 Brown on Sunday. Against Harvard, the Bulldogs have a 2-2 record.

Hawai`i head coach, Jim Schwitters is moving closer to the 800 win mark, needing just seven more Warrior wins. Schwitters is the winningest coach in NCAA history. The Warriors next match is March 11 vs. Abilene Christian.
