Sturm coached the Broncos for the past three seasons. His career record at Boise State was 19-64. His career record as a women's collegiate
coach overall is 212-147-3 over 11 years.

"I wish to thank the players and my coaching staff for their hard work and dedication to the program. I also thank Athletic Director Gene
Bleymaier for the opportunity to coach here at Boise State. I know that this is the best decision for my family as well as the Broncos." Sturm said. "

The Broncos went 9-19 in Sturm's first season (1999), 9-20 in 2000 and most recently 1-25 in 2001. The program is entering its second year

to begin fall training in early August.
