MANUAL ENTRY FORM
Thursday, January 30By January 30, the WAC will e-mail you a password so you can enter your student-athletes for the WAC Indoor Track and Field Championship. If you do not get or lose your password, please contact
Joe Menaugh.
After you get your password, go to
EZ Meets and enter your student-athletes. Enter a seed mark for every entry. Then, in the box after the mark, enter where and when the mark was attained. Enter all athletes, including alternates in no events or those only in relays. Athletes not listed in EZMeets.com by the entry deadline may not compete in any event, including relays.
Please return to
EZ Meets to enter, update and scratch athletes as often as you wish. Do not telephone, fax or e-mail entries or updates.
After each entry session, print you EZMeets.com entry page. This is your receipt and entry verification. Only the most recent receipt is valid.
Monday, February 24The list of 28 or fewer competitors with events entered must be received on February 24 at 11:59 p.m. (Central Time). There are no declarations. All entries in
EZ Meets at the entry deadline are considered declared. Thus, its important that you make all entries, scratches and changes before the deadline. No late entries will be accepted.
Although there are no qualifying standards for the WAC Indoor Championships, marks will be used for seeding purposes. Please refer to the 2003 NCAA Mens and Womens Track and Field/Cross Country Rules for provisions under which performances must be established. Record hand times in tenths and fully automatic times in hundredths. List actual marks, as the meet management will convert times for altitude and rack size (per NCAA rules) for seeding purposes. There are no limits on number of entries per institution in each event, however, only one relay team from each institution may compete in relay races. Coaches can make substitutions for illness or injury with medical certification in any event up to Wednesday, February 26.
Wednesday, February 26A rank order list of declared entries for each event will be sent via fax or email to coaches of participating teams by 12:00 (noon) MT, Wednesday, February 26, for the purpose of challenge and correction.
