DENVER Hawaiis Yan Chen has been named the Western Athletic Conference swimming and diving Athlete of the Week.
Chen, a junior from Da Lian, China, reached the NCAAs provisional qualifying mark in the 200 yard I.M., posting a time of 2:02.75 at Hawaiis Senior Meet. She was also the top finisher in the 200 Free at 1:53.60.
