Hawai`i Falls to Florida in Volleyball Final Four

No. 3 Florida defeated No. 2 Hawaii 30-28, 30-28, 23-30 30-28 to advance to the finals of the NCAA women's volleyball championships. The Rainbow Wahine end the season 36-2. It was the final collegiate match for All-Americans Kim Willoughby, Lily Kahumoku and Lauren Duggins.

The Gators (36-1) will face defending champion Southern Cal (34-0) on Saturday for the title. USC defeated Minnesota 30-27, 30-28, 30-20 in the other semifinal match.

Senior All-Americans Kim Willoughby and Lily Kahumoku each had 21 kills for Hawaii (36-2) and Kanoe Kamanao led the team with 53 assists.

Jane Collymore had 15 kills and 20 digs and Lauren Moscovic led Florida with 56 assists.
