Wilson, a senior infielder from Oscutt, Calif. (Oscutt), hit a pinch-hit game-tying three-run home run in the eighth inning in Fresno State's come-from-behind, 9-7, victory over No. 2 Rice on May 22. It was his first pinch-hit home run of the season for the Bulldogs. He had a season-high four hits on May 23, including his seventh home run of the season. It was the first series win over the Owls since the 2001 season. Wilson drove in four runs with two home runs, hitting .625 for the week.
