ATHENS, Ga. - Jelena Pandzic continued to roll on Thursday, cruising to an easy 6-2, 6-1 victory over Aibika Kalsarieva of Kentucky in an NCAA Singles Tournament quarterfinal match at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex.
The victory moved the third-seeded Pandzic into the national semifinals, where she will take on sixth-seeded Megan Bradley of Miami (Fla.) on Friday at 1 p.m. ET (10 a.m. PT). Bradley advanced by upsetting top-seeded Raquel Kops-Jones of California 6-3, 6-2.
The other semifinal matchup features fourth-seeded and reigning NCAA Singles champion Amber Liu of Stanford vs. 9-16 seed Julie Coin of Clemson.
