Paul Millsap hit a free throw with four seconds left to give Louisiana Tech a 71-70 win over Hawaii. Millsap finished the game with 29 points and 13 rebounds, his league-leading 15th double-double of the season.

SMU handed San Jose State its 15th consecutive conference road loss as the Mustangs won 66-46 behind Eric Castros 16 points and 11 rebounds. SMUs Bryan Hopkins had a school- and WAC game tying-record nine steals to go along with 14 points. Marquin Chandler led San Jose State with 24 points and 18 rebounds.

Filiberto Rivera dished out 12 assists and scored 19 points in UTEPs 93-80 win over Fresno State. The Miners improved to 19-5 on the season and won their 13th consecutive home game.

Nevada remained perfect on the road in WAC games (5-0) after a 67-57 win at Boise State. Nick Fazekas scored 25 points and pulled down 10 rebounds while his Wolf Pack teammate Ramon Sessions contributed 23 points. Boise States Jason Ellis scored 10 points and grabbed a game-high 12 rebounds.
