EL PASO, TEXAS -- El Paso area fans who are unable to attend Saturday's UTEP-Nevada men's basketball game will be able to catch all the action through a pay-per-view webcast on
www.utepathletics.com.
The game, which will tip-off at 7:07 p.m., is sold out.
Since the Nevada game was sold out 48 hours prior to tip-off, UTEP athletic department officials have agreed to make the game available to the El Paso community.
The charge for this one-time only pay-per-view event is $10.
In order to view the game, fans must have computers that meet the following specifications:
Must have high-speed internet access, either cable modem or DSL service.
Must download and install Microsoft Media Player 9 or greater.
Must download and install Macromedia's Flash software, version 6.0 or higher.
Must have a Sound card and speakers.
Screen resolution of 800 x 600; 1024 x 768 preferred (right click on your desktop, go to properties and then settings to check your screen resolution).
If you are a Windows user you must have a Pentium class system running at 600 Mhz or faster.
If you are a Macintosh user you must have an 800 Mhz processor or faster. You must be using Mac OS X Version 10.1 or higher.
