*UTEPs Filiberto Rivera set a school-record with 18 assists in an 89-69 win over Louisiana Tech. The 18 assists are tied for the most in a game by any player in the nation this season. Omar Thomas led the Miners with 23 points and 12 rebounds. Techs Paul Millsap scored 23 for the Bulldogs.

*Michael Harris tied his career-high with 18 rebounds to go along with 15 points in a 56-50 win over San Jose State. It was his 17th double-double of the season.

*Freshman Brett McDade scored a career-high 22 points in an 83-76 win over Hawaii. The seven-point loss was the largest of the season for the Rainbow Warriors. Hawaii was led by Jake Sottos who scored 24 points.

*SMUs Bryan Hopkins scored 28 points while Devon Pearson added 21 and a career-high 13 rebounds in an 80-62 win at Boise State. The win snapped a four-game road losing streak for the Mustangs.

*Nevada sophomore forward Nick Fazekas is the WACs leading scorer with 21.0 points per game. Louisiana Tech sophomore forward Paul Millsap leads the conference in rebounding with 11.6 rebounds per game. UTEP senior guard Filiberto Rivera is the WAC leader in assists with 7.1 per contest.
