Boise State Broncos (14-11, 7-4 WAC)
The Broncos went 1-1 last week, defeating San Jose State (58-53) before falling to Fresno State (70-58) ... Boise State is in a three-way tie for third place ... Marisa Stotler led the team against San Jose State with 14 points and six rebounds ... Jamia Malone led the Broncos vs. Fresno State with a career-high-tying 19 points ... Boise State was out-rebounded 41-27 by Fresno State, its largest deficit of the season and only the third time the team has been out-rebounded by 10 or more ... The Broncos committed a season-low 10 turnovers vs. the Bulldogs ... Boise State hosts Utah State on Friday and Nevada on Sunday.
 
Fresno State Bulldogs (18-7, 9-3 WAC)

The Bulldogs went 1-1 last week, falling at Idaho (59-47) before defeating Boise State (70-58) ... Jaleesa Ross tied her career high of 24 points with a season-high six three-pointers at Boise State ... Fresno State’s last 12 wins have been by an average of 21.8 points a game ... The month of February has been a successful month for the Bulldogs under coach Adrian Wiggins as his team is 23-7 in the month, good for a .766 winning percentage ... The Bulldogs have 10 or more three-pointers in 14 of 25 games this season ... Fresno State’s 18-7 start is the second-best start in school history through 25 games ... The Bulldogs are idle until Feb. 27, when they host Nevada.

Hawai?i Rainbow Wahine (5-19, 2-9 WAC)
The Rainbow Wahine went 0-2 last week, falling at Louisiana Tech (68-56) and New Mexico State (69-57) ... Against Louisiana Tech, Keisha Kanekoa led UH with 16 points, while Megan Tinnin posted a double-double of 10 points and 12 rebounds  and Tara Hittle pulled down 11 boards ... Dita Liepkalne scored 16 points on 7-of-13 shooting at NMSU ... Hawai?i has shot 40 percent or better from the field in four of its last five games and have out-rebounded their opponent in six straight games ... Keisha Kanekoa was 5-of-8 from the free throw line last week to fall to 12th nationally with a 88.3 percentage this season ... The Rainbow Wahine host New Mexico State on Friday and Louisiana Tech on Sunday.

Idaho Vandals (11-11, 8-3 WAC)
The Vandals defeated Fresno State (59-47) and San Jose State (64-41) last week to take sole possession of second place in the WAC standings ... Yinka Olorunnife broke an Idaho home-court record with 20 rebounds vs. the Bulldogs  and tied a career high with four blocks vs. the Spartans ... Idaho swept Fresno State for the first time in school history and earned its third WAC season sweep of the season. Idaho had three total WAC season sweeps in three previous years in the conference ... Against SJSU, Idaho posted its best-ever winning margin in a WAC game (23) and lowest point total allowed to a WAC opponent (41) ... Idaho had season highs in assists (15) and field goal percentage (50 percent) vs. SJSU ... Idaho plays at Nevada on Thursday and at Utah State on Sunday.

Louisiana Tech Lady Techsters (14-11, 7-4 WAC)
The Techsters went 2-0 last week under interim head coach Teresa Weatherspoon, defeating Hawai?i (68-56) and Nevada (77-59) ... Shanavia Dowdell averaged 19.5 points on 55 percent shooting, 10.0 rebounds, 3.0 steals and 1.0 blocks ... Against Hawai?i, Tech recorded 15 steals and forced 30 Rainbow Wahine turnovers ... Louisiana Tech shot a season-best 55 percent from the field (31-of-56) and held a 43-27 advantage on the boards vs. the Wolf Pack ... The Techsters play at San Jose State on Friday and at Hawai?i on Sunday.

Nevada Wolf Pack (13-11, 7-4 WAC)

The Pack went 0-2 last week, falling at New Mexico State (54-51) and at Louisiana Tech (77-59) ... Johnna Ward led the Pack in scoring both games with 12 points in each game ... Dellena Criner, the preseason player of the year by the coaches, was held under 10 points in back-to-back games for the first time since Feb. 21 and 28, 2008 ... Nevada has lost four straight games is looking to avoid losing three straight at home since the 2005-06 season ... In Nevada’s seven WAC wins, the team was 114-of-179 (.636) from the free throw line, while the team is only shooting 58 percent (45-of-77) in the team’s four conference losses ... Nevada hosts Idaho on Thursday and plays at Boise State on Sunday.

New Mexico State Aggies (8-17, 4-7 WAC)
The Aggies went 2-0 at home last week, defeating Nevada (54-51) and Hawai?i (69-57) ... Madison Spence was the leading scorer for the Aggies with 20 points in both games. Her two free throws against Nevada with eight seconds left put the Aggies up by three, the final margin ... New Mexico State went 12-for-12 at the free throw line vs. Hawai?i ... Niki Holt had a double-double of 13 rebounds and 10 blocked shots against Nevada. Her 10 blocked shots tied for the second most by an Aggie in school history and it is the third-most in the NCAA this season ... NMSU plays at Hawai?i on Friday and at San Jose State on Sunday.

San Jose Spartans (2-23, 1-11 WAC)
The Spartans went 0-2 last week, falling at Boise State (58-53) and Idaho (64-41) ... With eight points at Idaho on Sunday, Natalie White became the 10th all-time leading scorer in San Jose State history. She now has 1,167 career points in 113 games and passed Tatiana Taylor (1,165, 2001-04). She is just five points behind Natasha Johnson in ninth place with 1,172 points, and 21 points behind Rhoda Chew, who is eighth at 1,188 ... White recorded her first career double-double at Boise State with 13 points and a career-best 11 rebounds ... The Spartans host Louisiana Tech on Friday and New Mexico State on Sunday.

Utah State Aggies (11-12, 5-5 WAC)
The Aggies were idle last week ... Danyelle Snelgro leads the WAC in steals with 58 for a 2.52 average and is second in assists with 4.17 per game ... With six conference games left to play, the Aggies need three wins for their best-ever WAC finish. In 2006-07, USU was 7-9 in the WAC, good for sixth place, its best finish since joining the league in 2005-06 ... Ana Pares and Snelgro have identical averages of 13.6 points and 4.0 rebounds per game ... With 45 blocks,  Nicole Johnson is fourth on the USU single season list, three blocks away from tying Jessica Freeman, who had 48 blocks in 2005 and 2006 ...  The Aggies play at Boise State on Friday and host Idaho on Sunday.
