Idaho defeated Hawai`i 63-60 Friday at the Stan Sheriff Center. Idaho
improves to 12-13 overall and 9-5 in conference play, while Hawai?i
drops to 6-21 overall and 3-11 in the WAC.
As a team, Idaho shot 49 percent, compared to the 38 percent of UH. The Rainbow Wahine committed 19 turnovers to the Vandals’ 23
Rachele Kloke paced Idaho with 20 points, while Derisa Taleni added 16.
Shaena Kuehu chipped in 11 points, while Yinka Olorunnife finished with
eight points and 11 rebounds.
Keisha Kanekoa scored a team-high 16 points and added five assists and
six steals to lead Hawai?i. Breanna Arbuckle scored a career-high 14
points, while Megan Tinnin scored 11 points and Dita Liepkalne added
nine points and seven rebounds.

The win improves the Broncos to 16-12 overall and 9-5 in league play. San Jose State falls to 1-14 in the WAC and 2-26 overall.
Boise State shot 36 percent from the field, 21 percent from three-point range and 63 percent from the free throw line on the game. San Jose State connected on 35 percent from the field, 27 percent from downtown and 56 percent from the charity stripe. The Broncos edged the Spartans on the boards, 36-35, and committed 21 turnovers to SJSU's 28.
Three Broncos recorded double-figure points led by VanBrocklin’s 16 points. Brittany Moore added 15 points and Pilcher finished with 10 points.
San Jose State was led by Chasity Shavers’ 11 points. Shaunna Ridge and Ashley Brown each finished with eight points, while Ridge had a team-best eight rebounds.
