FRESNO, Calif. ? Tickets for the 2009 Western Athletic Conference Softball Tournament, hosted by Fresno State at Bulldog Diamond May 6-9, are on sale now.
Fans can purchase tickets for the tournament by logging on to www.gobulldogs.com, calling (559) 278-DOGS or by walking up to the ticket office on Bulldog Lane on the campus of Fresno State.
All-Tournament tickets in the lower box are $40, upper reserved tickets are $35 and general admission are $20. Tickets for students, youth and seniors are $10 each.
Single day tickets will go on sale to the general public online only, beginning May 2. They will be available by phone and via walk up beginning May 4.
This is the fourth time the Bulldogs have hosted the WAC Tournament. Fresno State last hosted in 2007. The ?Dogs have won two WAC Tournament titles. The first was in 1999 and the last was in 2006.
The top seven teams at the end of regular season play will advance to the WAC Tournament. The winner of the tournament will earn an automatic berth to the 2009 NCAA Tournament.
Last season, Louisiana Tech won the WAC Tournament in Honolulu.
