Q: When and why did you start to play baseball?
A: As far back as I can remember I have been playing baseball. Honestly, I started playing because all of my friends were and I was okay at it.
Q: What other sports did you play growing up?
A: I played soccer, football (High School) and was an avid skate and snowboarder.
Q: What has been your most rewarding experience off the field?
A: Co-coaching my little brother's baseball team.
Q: Why did you choose to attend Fresno State?
A: I chose to play baseball here because I felt I played better in Fresno.
Q: What is your favorite childhood memory?
A: I used to love going to Los Angeles Kings hockey games with my dad and older brother.
Q: What do you consider your greatest accomplishment so far as a student-athlete?
A: Representing the great Fresno State, its fans and alumni in the 2008 College World Series.
Q: What do you still hope to accomplish as a student-athlete?
A: Any student-athlete would like to make it to the top and the national championship every year.
Q: What's on your iPod?
A: What isn't on my iPod? No idea.
Q: What do you like to do when you are away from the field?
A: Watch television, hang out with friends and stay active.
Q: Name your favorite class...
A: Investments or Entrepreneurial Finance.
Q: What is your game day routine?
A: I have no set routine; I kind of just get ready and play.
Q: What are your expectations for your team this season?
A: We hold ourselves to high standards, so I think that it would be acceptable to say the 2009 CWS is not a long shot.
Q: What is your favorite television show?
A: House... by far!
Q: Who has influenced you the most?
A: My dad. He is a family man and business man. He's my hero.
Q: What do you want to do after college?
A: I would love to become a financial advisor, but that's a ways off.
Q: What is the best advice you have received?
A: "You get out, what you put in." -My Father

A: Tiger Woods
Q: If Hollywood were to make a movie about your life, which actor would play your role?
A: Dana Carvey
Q: If you were to win a million dollars what would be your first purchase?
A: I think I would just save it. But if I was forced to buy something it would be a Ferrari or something corny.
Q: Describe the perfect meal...
A: Rice pilaf, flank steak, Caesar salad, potato cheese soup, butter cake and a coke.
