Idaho 3, Louisiana Tech 0
Idaho claimed a 3-0 (25-22, 25-17, 26-24) WAC win over Louisiana Tech on Thursday night. With the win, the Vandals improve to 10-9 on the season and 5-3 in WAC. The Lady Techsters drop to 10-11 on the season and 0-6 in the WAC.

The Vandals hit .152 with 44 kills in the match, compared to the .072 and 34 kills of Louisiana Tech. LA Tech held a 7-6 advantage in total blocks for the match, while Idaho had a 72-63 edge in digs.

The Vandals were led by Jenny Feicht’s team-leading fifth double-double of the season, as she finished the match with 36 assists and 14 digs. Kelsey Taylor hit .421 with 10 kills to go along with a match-high six blocks. Julia Church led Idaho with 19 digs, while Cassie Hamilton finished with 18.

Kara Jones led the way for the Lady Techsters, hitting .481 with 14 kills.


New Mexico State 3, Boise State 2
The Aggies defeated Boise State 3-2 (20-25, 25-19, 25-12, 21-25, 15-7) in WAC play Thursday night. With the win, NM State improves to 11-9 overall and 5-1 in the WAC. The Broncos fall to 16-6 on the year and 3-4 in conference play.

New Mexico State out-hit Boise State .211 to .117, while the Broncos out-blocked the Aggies 10-8.

Kayleigh Giddens and Kelsey Brennan led NM State with 13 kills apiece, while Whitney Woods added 11 kills. Jennah DeVries fell just short of a double-double, finishing with 47 assists and nine digs.

Cailin Fellows led Boise State with 13 kills, while Alisha Young added 11.
