DENVER – The WAC recently conducted an online vote for the All-Decade Women’s Basketball Team. More than 300 fans participated and voted on players that had been on at least two all-WAC teams between 2000 and 2010.
Louisiana Tech’s Cheryl Ford was the leading vote getter with 64 percent of the votes. Joining her on the team are Techsters Shan Moore, Tasha Williams and Shanavia Dowdell. Rounding out the group is Fresno State’s Jaleesa Ross.
The WAC All-Decade Women’s Basketball team is listed below, along with each student-athlete’s major accomplishments.
