The Rainbow Wahine swept past LA Tech (25-9, 25-9, 25-14) Friday night to remain undefeated in WAC play. Hawai'i is now 17-1 on the season and 7-0 in conference play, while Louisiana Tech drops to 9-14 on the year and 0-7 in the WAC.
Hawai'i hit .354 on the match, compared to the -.074 of the Lady Techsters. The Rainbow Wahine also had more kills (37-15), assists (36-13), service aces (6-1), digs (45-33) and blocks (5-0).
Jane Croson paced Hawai'i with 11 kills, while Mita Uiato dished out 24 assists.
Stephany Salas tallied seven digs to lead LA Tech.
