With the clock reading 109 minutes, 59 seconds in double overtime, San Jose State's Kelsey Lord was awarded a penalty kick after being dragged down in the box on a breakaway. Lord would convert, giving the Spartans a last-second, 2-1, win over New Mexico State in Spartan Stadium.
