The Wolf Pack ended a five-game losing streak Wednesday when it defeated Oregon 76-74. With the win, Nevada improves to 3-7 on the season, while Oregon drops to 7-3.
Nevada out-shot Oregon 44 percent to 39 percent from the field. The Wolf Pack also connected on 40 percent (8-of-20) from three-point range and 67 percent from the free throw line on the game. The Ducks made 31 percent (4-of-13) of their three-pointers and 75 percent (12-of-16) of their free throws. Nevada out-rebounded Oregon 50-39 and tallied seven blocks in the game.
Kate Kevorken led Nevada with her second career double-double with 25 points and 11 rebounds. Danika Sharp also scored in double figures with 19 points. Kayla Williams notched her 17th career double-double with 17 points and 14 rebounds. She also recorded six blocks in the game, the third-best single-game total in program history.
