Nevada defeated Hawai'i 75-62 in WAC women's basketball action at the Stan Sheriff Center Monday night. With the win, Nevada broke a three-game skid, improving to 14-6 overall and 3-4 in the WAC. Hawai'i drops to 6-15 on the year and 0-8 in conference play
The Wolf Pack shot 40 percent from the field, 46 percent from three-point range and 74 percent from the free throw line. Hawai'i connected on just 32 percent from the field, 40 percent from downtown and 74 percent from the charity stripe. Both teams grabbed 42 rebounds on the game.
Nevada's Tahnee Robinson led all scorers with 27 points, while Kayla Williams added 12.
The Rainbow Wahine were led by Shawna-Lei Kuehu with 16 points and eight rebounds.
