New Mexico State 10, No. 23 Fresno State 2 (5)
The Aggies tallied 14 hits in a 10-2 five-inning victory over No. 23 Fresno State in the first game of a doubleheader Saturday.  Vanessa Valles was 3-for-4 with a home run and two RBI. Celisha Walker earned the complete-game victory, giving up two runs on three hits.

New Mexico State 9, No. 23 Fresno State 1 (6)
In the nightcap, Aggie starter Alex Newman allowed just two hits and Walker tossed three innings of hitless ball as NM State won 9-1 in six innings. The Aggies notched 11 hits, including a pair of homers by Tiare Jennings, who was 2-for-3 with three RBI.


Boise State 11, Louisiana Tech 3 (5)
The Broncos hit three home runs in an 11-3 win over Louisiana Tech in the first game of a doubleheader Saturday. Mackenzie Whyte, Christina Capobianco and Kelly Sweeney all hit homers, while Kellie Caplan was 3-for-3. Allie Crump earned the complete-game win, scattering three hits and striking out four.

Boise State 8, Louisiana Tech 0 (5)
The Broncos plated seven runs on the fifth inning to pick up the series sweep with an 8-0 win over the Techsters in the nightcap. Crump and Devon Bridges both hit homers for Boise State, with Bridges' being a grand slam. Aubray Zell picked up the shutout win, striking out four with no walks.


Utah State 5, San Jose State 2
Four Aggies had multi-hit games as Utah State defeated San Jose State 5-2 in the first half of a doubleheader Saturday. Mandy Harmon earned the win, throwing 5.0 innings and giving up one run on five hits.

San Jose State 8, Utah State 4
The Spartans plated seven runs in the bottom of the first inning en route to an 8-4 win over the Aggies in the nightcap. Britney Helm drove in a pair of runs, while Alex Stange was 3-for-3 to lead San Jose State. Elyssa Fox picked up the win in the circle, giving up just three hits and striking out four.


Hawai‘i 8, Nevada 1
With the score knotted at 1-1 through the first four innings, Hawai‘i erupted for five runs, four of which came on Sharla Kliebenstein's first career grand slam, en route to an 8-1 win. Kaia Parnaby earned the complete-game win, giving up one unearned run while scattering three hits with four strikeouts.

Hawai‘i 5, Nevada 4
The Rainbow Wahine held off the hard-charging Wolf Pack to sweep the series with a 5-4 win. Hawai`i had a 5-1 lead before Nevada rallied to score three runs in the top of the sixth inning. In that same inning, Parnaby came in relief with the bases loaded and one out. She got a pair of strikeouts to end the inning and then held Nevada off the board in the final frame to earn her first save of the season. Stephanie Ricketts  earned the win, throwing 5.1 innings. She gave up four runs on nine hits with six strikeouts. Parnaby fired the final 1.2 innings with a walk and four strikeouts.
