-(Nevada Media Relations) The Nevada baseball team (10-17) outlasted the Seattle Redhawks (12-14) in a 2-0 pitcher's duel that lasted just one hour and 57 minutes. With one out in the bottom of the eighth and Waylen Sing Chow on first, Carlos Escobar Jr. broke up a 0-0 with a two-run shot to deep left center. –(UH Media Relations) The University of Hawai'i baseball team defeated Sacramento State Sunday, 3-2. The Rainbows sweep the series to improve to 18-14 overall and open the WAC season at 4-0 for the first time in 11 years. The Hornets drop to 9-24 and 0-4.
