RENO, NEV. - Jeremy Cole (3-3, 2.81 ERA) threw his first complete game of the season in game one of today's doubleheader as the Nevada Wolf Pack (12-20, 2-3 WAC) defeated the New Mexico State Aggies (27-11, 5-5 WAC) 4-0.

RENO, NEV. - Troy Marks (1-3, 4.04 ERA) won his first career game at Nevada in game two of the Wolf Pack's doubleheader sweep today. Nevada (14-20, 3-3 WAC) defeated the New Mexico State Aggies (27-12, 5-6 WAC) 4-0 in game one and 10-3 in game two.

Fresno State 7, Sacramento State 3


SACRAMENTO, Calif.
- The No. 12 Fresno State baseball team earned its 27th victory of 2011 after defeating Sacramento State, 7-3, on Friday afternoon. The Bulldogs are 27-6 on the season and have a 7-2 record in Western Athletic Conference play.

Louisiana Tech 5, San Jose State 4 (7)


SAN JOSE, Calif. - Caleb Dudley tossed three no-hit relief innings and Tech rallied to take game one of the doubleheader, 5-4. The win snapped a nine-game road losing streak against the Spartans and was Tech's first win in San Jose since March 25, 2006.

San Jose State 3, Louisiana Tech 2 (10)


San Jose, Calif.
- San Jose State scored a run in the ninth to tie and one in the 10th to win 3-2 and split a doubleheader against the Bulldogs of Louisiana Tech on Saturday in Municipal Stadium.  Louisiana Tech took the seven-inning opener 5-4.

Hawai‘i 9, Valparaiso 8

HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i baseball team defeated Valparaiso on Friday, 9-8. The Rainbows improved to 22-16 while Valpo dropped to 16-22. Breland Almadova led the 'Bows with two hits, three runs, and one RBI, and belted his first homerun of the season, a solo shot over the centerfield wall. Michael Blake posted two hits, one run, and one RBI, and Kolten Wong added one hit, one run, and a game-high three RBI.
