Boise State 6, Louisiana Tech 2
Boise State softball used a complete game performance from Aubray Zell to knock off Louisiana Tech, 6-2, in WAC action Friday at Mountain Cove Softball Field. Zell improved to 8-1 on the season, giving up six hits while striking out five on the day. Devon Bridges powered the Bronco offense with a three-run home run in the fifth inning.

No. 23 Fresno State 9, New Mexico State 1 (5)
Michelle Moses led the Bulldogs to a 9-1 five-inning win over New Mexico State in WAC action Friday. Moses was 2-for-3 with three runs and three RBI, while also picking up the win in the circle. She threw the complete game, allowing one run on four hits, while striking out five.

Utah State 9, San Jose State 6
The Aggies had a season-high 16 hits in a 9-6 win over San Jose State Friday, snapping a 19-game losing skid. Shelbi Tyteca earned the win, allowing three runs on four hits. Offensively, Utah State was led by Kassandra Ichida, who was 4-for-5, Joreigh Landers, who was 3-for-4 with two RBI, and Allison Lenzora, who was 3-for-3 with three RBI.

Hawai‘i 3, Nevada 1
The Rainbow Wahine defeated Nevada 3-1 Friday night in WAC softball action at Rainbow Wahine Softball Stadium. Stephanie Ricketts tossed her 23rd complete game of the season, allowing just one run on three hits with no walks and eight strikeouts. Sarah Robinson hit a two-run homer, while Kelly Majam and Jessica Iwata had two hits apiece.
