Boutillier, de Villiers Fall in NCAA Doubles

STANFORD, Calif. - Fresno State's No. 15 doubles pair of Rikus de Villiers and Remi Boutillier fell to Auburn's 12th-ranked Daniel Cochrane and Tim Puetz in the first round of the NCAA Doubles Championship Thursday at the Taube Stadium in Stanford, Calif.

The Bulldogs fell in the first set, 5-7, then rallied back in the second only to fall in the second set tiebreaker, 6-7 (2-6).

Boutillier and de Villiers went 25-9 in 2010-11 and earned first team all-WAC honors in both doubles and singles.
