RUSTON, La. - Mike Jefferson retired the final 10 batters in order to tally the second complete game of his career as Louisiana Tech knocked off 19th-ranked Fresno State, 8-4, earning the series split Sunday afternoon J.C. Love Field. Trailing by three runs in the third, Justin Gordey singled to left field and Will Alvis followed with a double down the left field line to put two runners in scoring position. With one out, Ryan Gebhardt notched an RBI single to third base, scoring Gordey.

Sacramento State 19, New Mexico State 11
LAS CRUCES, N.M. - After he went 5-for-6 in the second game of Saturday's doubleheader against New Mexico, Will Soto touched up the Aggies for four more hits on Sunday and the Sacramento State baseball team scored a season-high 19 runs on 19 hits to split a four-game Western Athletic Conference series with a 19-11 victory on Sunday afternoon at Presley Askew Field.
