Utah State 6, Idaho State 1

LOGAN, Utah - - After a trio of 1-0 wins, the Utah State women's soccer team exploded for a 6-1 win over border-rival Idaho State Sunday at Chuck and Gloria Bell Soccer Field. The win was the first against Idaho State since a 1-0 overtime win against ISU in Logan in 2007.

The six goal outburst was the most by Utah State since defeating Western Athletic Conference rival Louisiana Tech 10-1 in 2007. It was also the most goals in the series between the Aggies and the Bengals. In 2001, USU defeated ISU, 4-1. This was just the sixth time in Aggie history that Utah State has scored six goals or more.

New Mexico State 3, Arkansas-Little Rock 0

Las Cruces, N.M.-The New Mexico State University soccer team increased the team's winning streak to six games by defeating the University of Arkansas-Little Rock 3-0 on Sunday, Sept. 11.

The winning streak is the longest in program history since the team first began play in 2009.

WAIPAHU, O'ahu - The University of Hawai'i women's soccer team broke through for its first win of the season with an emphatic 6-2 win over cross-town rival Hawai'i Pacific, 6-2, Sunday at the Waipi'o Peninsula Soccer Stadium. In the process, the team also handed Michele Nagamine her first-ever win as UH head coach, ironically against her former team.

Louisiana Tech 1, Jackson State 0

JACKSON, Miss. - Freshman Abby Sentz (Kingwood, Texas) scored the game's lone goal in the Louisiana Tech soccer team's 1-0 victory over Jackson State Sunday afternoon at JSU Soccer Complex. The matchup was the first of four consecutive road games for the Lady Techsters.

 "The team is playing with a lot of heart to overcome the worst luck I have experienced with injuries," said head coach Kevin Sherry.

#4 UCLA 4, Fresno State 1

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State women's soccer team held No. 4 UCLA to a single goal in the first half, but eventually fell Sunday night, 4-1. Freshman Katie DeVault finished with a career-high nine saves.

The Bruins struck first early in the first half. Sydney Leroux connected from 15 yards out in the sixth minute for her fifth goal of the season.

San Francisco 2, Nevada 0

RENO, Nev. - The University of Nevada women's soccer team fell 2-0 to the San Francisco Dons Sunday.

The loss dropped Nevada to 1-6, while USF improved to 2-4. The first goal from USF came early, as a chipped ball found the back of the Wolf Pack net in the third minute.
