Nevada 77, Hawai‘i 74
RENO, Nev. -(AP) Deonte Burton scored 25 points to spark Nevada over Hawaii 77-74 on Saturday.
Olek Czyz added 24 points and 11 rebounds for the Wolf Pack (14-3, 4-0 WAC). It was Nevada's 11th straight win.
Vander Joaquin had 22 points and Joston Thomas 21 for the Warriors (10-7, 2-1).
Hawaii led much of the second half and was up 70-63 with 4:48 to play after a three-point play by Joaquin, but Malik Story hit a 3-pointer and Burton scored the next seven points, including a long 3-pointer to put Nevada up 73-70 with 2:05 left.
The Rainbow Warriors cut the Nevada lead to a point on a 3-pointer by Zane Johnson with 30 seconds left, but Story hit a pair of free throws with 10.5 seconds left to seal the victory for Nevada.

New Mexico State 80, Idaho 68

LAS CRUCES, N.M. (NMSU Media Relations)-The New Mexico State men's basketball team won its fifth consecutive game with an 80-68 victory over Idaho.
The Aggies (13-5, 3-0 WAC) are now 10-0 this season when they score 80 points or more. Redshirt senior forward Wendell McKines led all scorers with 23 points and 10 rebounds for his 11th double-double of the year and 38th of his career.
Senior guard Hernst Laroche had a season-high 20 points on a 5-of-10 performance from the field including a 3-for-5 showing at the 3-point line.

Fresno State 82, San Jose State 73
FRESNO, Calif. (AP) - Kevin Olekaibe scored a career-high 32 points as Fresno State held off San Jose State 82-73 on Saturday night for the Bulldogs' first WAC victory.
Kevin Foster added career highs in points (19) and rebounds (14) for Fresno State (8-11, 1-3 WAC), which sealed the win by making 16 straight free throws over the final 3 1/2 minutes.
Wil Carter led San Jose State (6-11, 0-3) with 20 points and 13 rebounds, scoring 12 of his points during the final 3 minutes.

Utah State 69, Louisiana Tech 65
RUSTON, La. --(AP) Brockeith Pane scored a season-high 24 points and Utah State overcame a 12-point first-half deficit to defeat Louisiana Tech 69-65 Saturday night and post its second road victory of the season.
Down 31-29 at the break, the Aggies (10-8, 2-2 Western Athletic Conference) opened the second half with a 12-0 run. The Bulldogs regained the lead briefly at 51-50, then Utah State went on an 11-2 spree.
After Louisiana Tech (8-10, 0-3) closed to 66-64 with 39 seconds remaining on a Kenyon McNeaill 3-pointer, the Aggies hit 3 of 4 free throws, sending the Bulldogs to their fourth straight loss.
Preston Medlin and Kyisean Reed added 11 apiece for Utah State.
The Bulldogs hit six of their first seven 3-pointers to build a 20-8 lead, and finished 12 of 29 from long range, compared to 2 of 9 for the Aggies.
McNeaill scored a season-high 19 points for Louisiana Tech.
