Fresno State 72, Idaho 49
Fresno State moved its win streak to four games with a 72-49 win at Idaho Saturday. With the win, the Bulldogs improve to 15-4 overall and 3-0 in the WAC. The Vandals drop to 5-14 on the season and 0-3 in conference play.

Fresno State shot 36 percent from the field, 22 percent from three-point range and 70 percent from the free throw line on the game. Idaho connected on 43 percent from the field, 42 percent from downtown and 55 percent from the charity stripe. The Bulldogs outscored Idaho 42-22 in the paint and scored 30 points off of Vandal turnovers. The Bulldogs also scored 17 second chance points as Fresno State out-rebounded Idaho 47-32.

Ki-Ki Moore led the Bulldogs with 16 points and a career-high 15 rebounds for her fifth double-double of the season. Veronica Wilson added 16 points off the bench. Also scoring double figures was sophomore Taylor Thompson, who scored 11 points.

Idaho was paced by Alyssa Charlston with 15 points and Krissy Karr with 11.


Utah State 91, Nevada 69
Behind a school-record field goal percentage, Utah State cruised past Nevada, 91-69, Saturday at the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum. With the win, USU improves to 12-6 overall and 3-1 in WAC action. The Wolf Pack fall to 4-13 overall and 0-2 in league play. The 3-1 conference start is the best ever for Utah State in its seven seasons in the WAC.

The Aggies shot 58.6 percent from the field, breaking the school record of 58.3 percent from 1982. The 91 points was the second-most points this season for the Aggies after scoring 97 against Boise State on Nov. 23 at home.

The Aggies shot 46 percent from three-point range and 77 percent from the charity stripe. Nevada connected on 44 percent from the field, 28 percent from beyond the arc and 67 percent from the free throw line on the game. USU out-rebounded the Wolf Pack 36-30.
 
The Aggies had a season-high six players reach double figures, including a career-high 10 points from Franny Vaaulu. Devyn Christensen led Utah State with 22 points, while Ashlee Brown added 12 points and seven rebounds. Maddy Plunkett and Jenna Johnson added 11 points, while Banna Diop added 10.

The Wolf Pack were led by 23 points from Kate Kervoken, who also added five boards and three assists. Amanda Johnson added 12 points, while Chanelle Brennan scored 10.


Louisiana Tech 70, San Jose State 64
Shantale Bramble-Donaldson posted a career night to lead the Lady Techsters to a 70-64 win over San Jose State in WAC action Saturday night before 1,447 fans at the Events Center. With the win, LA Tech improves to 9-10 overall and 2-2 in the WAC. The Spartans drop to 7-11 on the season and 2-1 in conference play with the loss.

For the game, Tech shot 42 percent from the field, 35 percent from three-point range and 58 percent from the free throw line. SJSU hit 34 percent from the field, 30 percent from downtown and 54 percent from the charity stripe. The Lady Techsters out-rebounded the Spartans 48-45.

Bramble-Donaldson scored a career-high 20 points and grabbed a career-high 15 rebounds, while Whitney Jones chipped in with 16 points.

Brittany Johnson led San Jose State with 18 points and 10 rebounds, while Ta'Rea Cunnigan added 17 points and Sara Plavljanin scored 14 points.


Hawai‘i 51, New Mexico State 48
Hawai‘i held off New Mexico State 51-48 in WAC action Saturday. With the win, the Rainbow Wahine improve to 7-11 overall and 2-1 in WAC play. The Aggies drop to 4-15 on the season and 1-3 in the conference.

UH shot 32 percent from the field and 77 percent from the free throw line on the game, but went 0-for-10 from beyond the arc. NM State connected on 40 percent from the floor, 12 percent from downtown and 50 percent from the charity stripe. The Aggies edged the Rainbow Wahine on the boards, 37-33.

Kamilah Jackson led UH with her 10th double-double of the season, finishing with 16 points and a game-high 11 rebounds.
 
New Mexico State's Tabytha Wampler scored a game-high 24 points and had a team-high nine rebounds. Kaitlyn Soto added 12 points.
