Nevada 65, Louisiana Tech 63
RUSTON, La. (AP) - Olek Czyz tied his season high with 24 points and converted the game-winning three-point play as Nevada held off Louisiana Tech 65-63 Saturday night for its 15th consecutive victory.
Czyz also had 10 rebounds for the Wolf Pack (18-3, 7-0 Western Athletic Conference), whose winning streak is the second-longest active streak in the NCAA behind Murray State, with 21.
After the Bulldogs used a 6-0 burst, capped by four points by Brandon Gibson, to tie it 62-62 with 1:08 left, Dario Hunt missed a jumper for Nevada. Czyz rebounded and scored on a layup and a free throw with 34 seconds left.
Kenyon McNeail made 1 of 2 free throws 3 seconds later, but the Bulldogs missed their last three field-goal attempts.
Malik Story added 16 points for Nevada and Hunt grabbed 11 rebounds.
Raheem Appleby's 17 points led the Bulldogs (11-11, 3-4), who had their three-game winning streak snapped.

New Mexico State 60, Fresno State 56
LAS CRUCES, N.M. (NMSU Media Relations)-Junior forward Tyrone Watson sank two free throws with 14 seconds remaining in regulation to seal a four-point win, 60-56, for the New Mexico State men's basketball team over Fresno State in the annual Lou Henson Classic.
Redshirt senior forward Wendell McKines scored a game-high 20 points along with 10 rebounds for his 12th double-double of the year for the Aggies (15-7, 5-2). Watson, senior center Hamidu Rahman and sophomore center Tshilidzi Nephawe supplied eight points each.
The Aggies posted a 35-27 halftime advantage behind 14 points from McKines. Rahman added six points, while senior guard Hernst Laroche scored five. In the first half, Nephawe had a season-high four blocked shots.

Utah State 82, San Jose State 65
LOGAN, Utah -(USU Media Relations) For the second game in a row, Utah State men's basketball had five players in double digits in the scoring column which paced the Aggies to a season-high points with an 82-65 win over San Jose State Saturday at the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum.
The win improves USU to 12-10 overall and 4-3 in Western Athletic Conference while SJSU lost its sixth in the last seven games in sliding to 7-15 overall and 0-7 in conference play. Saturday was the Aggies' ninth-straight win over the Spartans, improving to 29-4 at home against SJSU and 48-21 overall.
Junior forward Kyisean Reed led USU's five players in double-digits by netting 21 points, sharing game-high honors with SJSU's James Kinney. It was Reed's second 20-point outing of the season. Senior guard Brockeith Pane and the sophomore guard duo of Preston Medlin and Mitch Bruneel all tallied 15 points each, with Bruneel draining four three-pointers on the way to his career-high scoring night. Pane and Medlin hit three treys apiece to lead the Aggies to a 10-of-21 (47.6 percent) outing behind the three-point line, their most in a conference game this season and the third time this season with 10 or more treys.

Hawai‘i 76, Idaho 70
MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) - Vander Joaquim scored 18 points and grabbed nine rebounds to help Hawaii beat Idaho 76-70 on Saturday night.
Zane Johnson and Joston Thomas added 16 apiece as Hawaii (12-9, 4-3 WAC) rebounded from a loss against Utah State on Thursday night.
Djim Bandoumel had a career-high 24 points and Stephen Madison added 15 for Idaho (11-10, 4-3 WAC). Hawaii's win marked the first time it defeated Idaho at home since 2008.
Idaho trailed by three with 1:14 remaining, but missed two 3-pointers down the stretch. Hawaii would convert 8 of 9 free throws to seal the win.
The game saw seven lead changes and seven ties. Hawaii Shot 56 percent and Idaho shot 48 percent.
The Vandals made only five 3-pointers, which was well below their season average. Idaho is leading the WAC in 3-point shooting percentage at a clip of 40.9 percent.
