UTSA suffered its first loss of the season Sunday, falling 50-36 at Wichita State. With the loss, the Roadrunners fall to 3-1 on the season.
UTSA shot 22 percent from the field, 13 percent from three-point range and 61 percent from the free throw line on the game. The Roadrunners were out-rebounded 46-28 in the loss.
Simone Young led UTSA with 10 points, while Akunna Elonu grabbed a team-hgh seven rebounds.
Montana 71, Idaho 50
Idaho fell 71-50 to Montana at Memorial Gym on Sunday. With the loss, the Vandals drop to 0-4 on the season.
Idaho
shot 28 percent from the field, 27 percent from three-point range and
70 percent from the free throw line on the game. The Vandals were
out-rebounded 48-35 in the loss.
Stacey Barr led Idaho with 10 points, while Alyssa Charlston added nine points.
