New Mexico State 3, Texas State 1
After dropping the first set, the Aggies rebounded to defeat Texas State in four sets (19-25, 27-25, 25-22, 25-22) in San Marcos Thursday. With the win, New Mexico State improves to 19-8 overall and 12-4 in the WAC. The Bobcats fall to 14-13 on the year and 9-7 in WAC play.

The Aggies won despite being out-hit .148 to .127. Texas State also had more kills (53-51), assists (50-45) and blocks (15-13). New Mexico State had more service aces (8-5) and digs (86-78).

Desiree Scott led all players with 19 kills and six blocks. Lauren Loerch added 12 kills and Meredith Hays tallied a double-double of 11 kills and 18 digs.

Alexandra Simms paced the Bobcats with 14 kills, while Ashlee Hilbun had 13 kills, 10 digs and six blocks. Caleigh McCorquodale posted a double-double of 20 assists and 15 digs. Laura Whalen posted a match-high 25 digs.

UTSA 3, Denver 1
UTSA came back to defeat the Pioneers in four sets (22-25, 25-21, 25-21, 25-16) Thursday night. The Roadrunners improve to 18-8 overall and 11-5 in WAC play. Denver falls to 15-12 on the year and 8-8 in the WAC.

UTSA out-hit DU .247 to .152. Denver also had more kills (59-47), assists (56-46), aces (6-5), digs (100-81) and blocks (10-7).

McKenzie Adams led all players with 18 kills and 14 digs. Brandy Huskey dished out 46 assists to go with 13 digs, while Annies Kunes posted a match-high 29 digs.

Brea Muhle led DU with 13 kills, while Frances Carroll tallied 40 assists and 15 digs.

Idaho 3, Louisiana Tech 0
Idaho picked up the program's 700th all-time win Thursday night with a 3-0 (25-11, 25-21, 25-14) WAC win over Louisiana Tech in Memorial Gym. With the win, the Vandals improve to 13-13 overall and 11-5 in the WAC. LA Tech falls to 3-25 on the season and 0-16 in WAC play.

Idaho held the Lady Techsters to a -.058 hitting percentage, the lowest for an Idaho opponent this season, and hit .214 as a team. The Vandals also had more kills (35-23), assists (34-21), aces (5-2), digs (48-41) and blocks (10-7).

Allison (Walker) Baker had her 18th double-double of the season, finishing with 11 kills and 10 digs, while adding four blocks. She also had two of Idaho's five aces.

LA Tech was led by Tiffany Thomas with sevne kills.

Seattle U 3, UT Arlington 2
Seattle U rallied from an 0-2 deficit to defeat UT Arlington 3-2 (17-25, 15-25, 25-19, 25-13, 17-15) Thursday night at the Connolly Center. With the victory, the Redhawks improve to 8-18 overall and 3-13 in WAC play. UTA falls to 8-20 on the year and 4-12 in the WAC.

Seattle U was out-hit .142 to .107 on the night. The Redhawks had more kills (55-48), assists (52-46), digs (79-74), blocks (9.5-7) and service aces (11-3)

Kaytlyn Dill notched her 10th double-double of the season with 18 kills and 12 digs to go along with four service aces. Allison Farley and Karli Pedone finished with 10 kills apiece, while Jacquie Brice collected 50 assists and Lani Beadle finished with a match-high 29 digs.

Shelny Dickson led the Mavericks with 14 kills, plus she picked up 16 digs for a double-double.
