Fresno State 78, Utah State 60
The Bulldogs won their 11th straight game Saturday night, defeating second-place Utah State 78-60 in WAC action. With the win, Fresno State improves to 22-4 on the season and 10-0 in the WAC. The Aggies drop to 17-8 on the year and 8-3 in conference play.

Fresno State shot 46 percent from the field, 32 percent from three-point range and 56 percent from the free throw line on the game. Utah State connected on 34 percent from the field, 43 percent from downtown and 78 percent from the charity stripe. The Bulldogs edged the Aggies on the boards, 42-41.

Rosie Moult led the Bulldogs with 20 points and seven rebounds. Ki-Ki Moore added 12 points and seven boards, while Alex Sheedy posted a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Devyn Christensen led all players with 21 points.


Hawai‘i 61, Louisiana Tech 49
The Rainbow Wahine picked up just their second-ever win at Louisiana Tech, winning 61-49 in WAC action Saturday. With the win, Hawai‘i improves to 10-15 overall and 5-5 in the conference. LA Tech drops to 14-12 on the year and 7-4 in WAC play.

The Rainbow Wahine shot 42 percent from the field, 36 percent from three-point range and 75 percent from the free throw line on the game. The Lady Techsters connected on 33 percent from the floor, 25 percent from downtown and just 46 percent from the charity stripe. Hawai‘i dominated the boards, 47-33.

Kamilah Jackson led all players with 19 points and was just shy of a double-double with nine rebounds. Vicky Taglicod added 11 points, while Breanna Arbuckle and Alissa Campanero scored 10 each. Arbuckle also grabbed 11 rebounds for her first double-double of the season.

LA Tech was led by Angie Felton with 11 points and Jasmine Bendolph with 10.


New Mexico State 56, San Jose State 55
Simone Ruedin hit a pair of decisive free throws with 16.8 seconds left to give the Aggies a 56-55 win over San Jose State in WAC action Saturday afternoon. With the victory, NM State improves to 6-20 on the season and 3-8 in conference play. San Jose State drops to 9-16 overall and 4-6 in the WAC.
 
NM State shot 38 percent from the field, 41 percent from three-point range and 87 percent from the free throw line on the game. The Spartans connected on 38 percent from the field, 40 percent from downtown and 65 percent from the charity stripe. San Jose State won the rebounding battle, 36-31.

Tabytha Wampler led all players with 25 points, while Kelsie Rozendaal and Dre Chenier added 10 apiece.

Brittany Johnson paced the Spartans with 18 points, while Ta'Rea Cunnigan added 11 and Myesha Broaden grabbed a game-high 10 boards.


Idaho 87, Nevada 86 (OT)
Idaho's Krissy Karr scored the buzzer-beating three-pointer to lift Idaho to an 87-86 overtime victory at Nevada in WAC play Saturday night. With the win, the Vandals improve to 9-18 on the season and 4-7 in conference play. The Wolf Pack drop to 5-20 overall and 1-9 in the WAC.

Karr tied the game at 84 all with a three-pointer from the wing with 15 seconds to play, but three seconds later Idaho fouled and put the Wolf Pack on the line. Nevada hit both free throws to give the Wolf Pack ahead 86-84. On Idaho's ensuing possession Karr buried the game-winner, leaving Nevada only two seconds to attempt a half-court desperation shot, which fell off-target.

Keri Arendse and Alyssa Charlston each poured in 21 points for Idaho.

Kayla Williams led Nevada with 23 points. Kate Kevorken and Chanelle Brennan added 17 points each.
