Fresno State 79, New Mexico State 54
Fresno State picked up its seventh straight win Thursday night, defeating New Mexico State 79-54. With the win, the Bulldogs improve to 18-4 on the season and 7-0 in WAC play. NM State drops to 4-17 on the year and 1-5 in conference play.

The Buldogs shot 45 percent from the field, 40 percent from downtown and 62 percent from the free throw line on the game. The Aggies connected on 45 percent from the field, eight percent from three-point range and 58 percent frmo the charity stripe on the game. NM State also committed 36 turnovers that resulted in 33 points for the Bulldogs.

Ki-Ki Moore led all players with 18 points, while Madison Parrish added 15 points, Rosie Moult had 13 and Blakely Goldberg added 10 points.

NM State was led by Jasmine Rutledge with 12 points and Tabytha Wampler with 16 rebounds.


Utah State 78, San Jose State 73
After trailing by as many as 12 points in the second half, Utah State battled to a 78-73 win over San Jose State at the Event Center on Thursday. The Aggies outscored the Spartans 12-2 in the final 3:47 to secure the victory. With the win, the Aggies improve to 14-6 overall and 5-1 in WAC action. For the first time since the 1975-76 season, Utah State has won four-straight road games, winning its first four league road games. The much-improved Spartans fall to 8-13 overall and 3-3 in WAC play.

Utah State shot 37 percent from the floor, 32 percent from three-point range and 62 percent from the charity stripe on the game. San Jose State connected on 52 percent from the field, 60 percent from beyond the arc and 79 percent from the free throw line on the game. The Spartans out-rebounded the Aggies 42-33, but committed 30 turnovers in the loss.

Ashlee Brown led USU with her team-leading sixth double-double of the season of a game-high 30 points and 14 rebounds. Devyn Christensen added 17 points and Maddy Plunkett had13.

San Jose State's Brittany Johnson scored 26 points and grabbed 11 boards, while Sara Plavljanin scored 19.


Louisiana Tech 77, Nevada 63
Jasmine Bendolph dished out a career-high 15 assists in a 77-63 win over Nevada in WAC action Thursday night. With the win, LA Tech improves to 10-11 on the season and 4-2 in the conference. The Wolf Pack fall to 5-16 overall and 1-5 in WAC play.

LA Tech shot 53 percent from the field, 36 percent from downtown and 48 percent from the free throw line for the game. Nevada connected on 42 percent from the floor, 30 percent from beyond the arc and 56 percent from three free throw line.

Bendolph's 15 assists were the sixth-most in Tech history and the most by a LA Tech player since head coach Teresa Weatherspoon had 15 dimes in a win over Oklahoma State in 1987-88. Bendolph added 12 points for her third career double-double. Shantale Bramble-Donaldson added 16 points, while Whitney Frazier had 14 for the Lady Techsters.

Chanelle Brennan led Nevada with 17 points and eight rebounds.


Idaho 69, Hawai‘i 61
The Vandals overcame an 18-point second half deficit to pick up their first road win and first WAC win of the season Thursday, beating Hawai'i 69-61 in Honolulu. With the win, Idaho improves to 6-16 on the season and 1-5 in the WAC. Hawai'i falls to 8-13 and 3-3 in the WAC with the loss.

Idaho shot 45 percent from the field, 36 percent from three-point range and 46 percent from the free throw line. Hawai‘i connected on 27 percent from the floor, 31 percent from downtown and 55 percent from the charity stripe on the game. The Rainbow Wahine dominated the boards, 58-40, but the Vandals committed a season-low seven turnovers and outscored Hawai'i 43-24 after halftime.

Keri Arendse had career highs of 19 points and 10 rebounds, collecting her first career double-double. Ganeaya Rogers finished with 14 points and a career-high seven assists, while Alyssa Charlston was one rebound shy of a double-double as she finished with 14 points and nine rebounds.

Kamilah Jackson paced the Rainbow Wahine with a season-high 20 rebounds and 15 points for her 12th double-double of the season. Alissa Campanero and Kanisha Bello added 11 points apiece.
