The Western Athletic Conference held a new online promotion
called the "WAC Fan of the Month." Each week, fans were encouraged to submit
photos of themselves enjoying WAC sporting events. Select photos that were submitted were
posted on the Western Athletic Conference facebook page and each month one
photo was chosen as the WAC fan of the month and featured on wacsports.com.
The fan of the month received a WAC prize
pack and was entered to win the grand prize which is two all-session
tickets and a hotel room at the Orleans Hotel and Casino for the 2012 WAC
Basketball Tournament.
