OMAHA, Neb. - (USU Media Relations) A pair of goals by junior forward Mari Miyashiro pushed the Utah State soccer team over Omaha, 3-1, Sunday at UNO Soccer Field. With the win, USU improves to 3-0-1 this season, while UNO falls to 0-3-0. The Aggies depart the Cornhusker State with a 1-0-1 record after tying UNO's cross town rival, Creighton, on Aug. 24.

Denver 2, LIU Brooklyn 0



BOULDER, Colo. - (Denver Media Relations) The University of Denver women's soccer team controlled a majority of the possession for the second-straight match, and was rewarded for that on Sunday afternoon as DU topped LIU Brooklyn, 2-0 in the third match of the Omni Hotels Colorado Women's Soccer Classic at Prentup Field.

Seattle 3, Eastern Washington 0



SEATTLE, Wash. - (Seattle Media Relations) Seattle University women's soccer (2-2-0) and Eastern Washington (0-2-0) remained scoreless at the half, but an offensive explosion led by Taylor Ritzman's (Holladay, Utah) hat trick, lifted the Redhawks to a 3-0 victory over the Eagles. This was the second hat trick of the season for Seattle U, as Melissa Busque (St. Bruno, Quebec, Canada) recorded one versus St. Mary's on Aug. 19.

Louisiana Tech 1, Central Arkansas 0



CONWAY, Ark. - (LTU Media Relations) Louisiana Tech only had one shot on goal in the first period, but that was all they needed as it found the back of the net off the foot of forward Rosie Lethbridge to defeat Central Arkansas 1-0. The lone goal of the day in the 17th minute was Lethbridge's second of the year and came on a lead pass first from Mo Rockwell, then to Laura LeFevour who broke down right and passed across the goal for Rosie to tap it into an open net. The combo-assist from LeFevour was her third on the early season and Rockwell's first.

Idaho 2, North Dakota State 0



MOSCOW, Idaho. - (Idaho Media Relations) University of Idaho women's soccer knew coming in that they were facing an aggressive, direct, North Dakota State team, and they countered it with strong possession in a 2-0 victory on Sunday at Guy Wicks Field. After a scoreless first half, Idaho (2-2-0) broke through in the 70th minute with the senior connection of Jill Flockhart to Chelsea Small to put the Vandals up 1-0. Flockhart slipped past an NDSU (1-3-0) defender and left a cross for Small, who slid it under the diving goalkeeper for the score.
