San Jose State 103, Utah State 80
San Jose State snapped a three-game losing skid and tied the program record for points in a game with an impressive 103-80 win over Utah State Saturday. With the win, the Spartans improve to 5-11 overall and 2-3 in WAC play. The Aggies drop to 6-10 on the season and 3-2 in the WAC.

SJSU shot 44 percent from the field, 32 percent from three-point range and 83 percent from the free throw line on the game. USU connected on 30 percent from the field, 26 percent from beyond the arc and 69 percent from the charity stripe in the loss. The Spartans out-rebounded the Aggies 56-44.
 
Emily Schill had career highs of 36 points and 18 rebounds. Riana Byrd added 15 points and 13 rebounds, while Ta'Rea Cunnigan had 26 points.

Five Utah State players scored in double figures, led by Makenlee Williams with 19 points. Jenna Johnson posted a double-double of 14 points and 12 boards.

UTSA 51, Louisiana Tech 50
Kamra King scored a basket with three seconds left to give UTSA a 51-50 win at Louisiana Tech Saturday. With the win, the Roadrunners improve to 9-8 on the season and 3-3 in the WAC. The Lady Techsters fall to 7-8 overall and 3-2 in WAC play.

UTSA shot 37 percent from the field, 35 percent from downtown and 64 percent from the line. LA Tech shot 36 percent from the field, 20 percent from three-point range and 50 percent from the charity stripe. The Lady Techsters won the rebounding battle, 39-36.

King led all players with 16 points and eight rebounds.

Tech was paced by Kelia Shelton and Whitney Frazier with nine points each.

Idaho 57, New Mexico State 51
Idaho won its second straight road game Saturday, defeating New Mexico State 57-51 at the Pan American Center. With the win, the Vandals improve to 6-10 on the season and 3-2 in WAC play. The Aggies fall to 9-7 overall and 3-3 in the WAC.

Idaho shot 38 percent from the field, 24 percent from three-point range and 64 percent from the free throw line in the win. NM State connected on 23 percent from the floor, 24 percent from downtown and 86 percent from the charity stripe. The Aggies won the rebounding battle, 47-41.

Alyssa Charlston led Idaho with 13 points and 11 rebounds. Jessica Graham added 10 points.

Stefanie Gilbreath scored a game-high 21 points to go along with 11 boards.

Texas State 63, UT Arlington 57
Texas State picked up its first WAC win and snapped a six-game losing skid with a 63-57 win at UT Arlington Saturday. With the win, the Bobcats improve to 7-9 overall and 1-5 in WAC play. The Mavericks fall to 3-12 on the season and 1-4 in the WAC.

Texas State shot 38 percent from the field, 33 percent from three-point range and 59 percent from the free throw line on the game. UTA connected on 32 percent from the floor, 40 percent from downtown and 56 percent at the charity stripe. The Mavs dominated the boards, 52-37, but committed 17 turnovers in the loss.

Diamond Ford led all players with 18 points, while Erin Peoples posted a double-double of 14 points and 12 rebounds.

Malaika Green led the Mavs with 17 points, while Briana Walker doubled up with 11 points and 16 boards.
