New Mexico State 64, Utah State 51
LAS CRUCES, N.M. (NMSU Media Relations)-The New Mexico State men's basketball team snapped Utah State's 13-game winning streak with a 64-51 victory. The Aggies (11-8, 5-2) had four players in double figures with senior forward Bandja Sy scoring a game-high 16 points.
Sy was 7-of-9 from the field to lead the Aggies to a 57.8 field goal percentage (26-of-45). The Crimson and White have won the last five straight with senior forward Tyrone Watson and sophomore guard Daniel Mullings contributing 12 points each. Sophomore guard K.C. Ross-Miller added 10.
NM State stopped the Navy-clad Aggies (14-2, 5-1) with a strong defensive performance and forced 14 turnovers and held USU to 18 first-half points. Freshman center Sim Bhullar owned the paint and blocked five shots, which tied a career-best mark.

Denver 73, San Jose State 37
DENVER -(DU Media Relations) University of Denver junior forward Chris Udofia (Irving, Texas) scored 15 points and blocked four shots, leading the Pioneers to their sixth-straight victory with a 73-37 win over the San Jose State Spartans at Magness Arena on Thursday night.
Sophomore Royce O'Neale (Killeen, Texas) tied a season high with 10 rebounds, while adding seven points and five assists for Denver (10-7, 6-1 WAC). Sophomore guard Brett Olson (Highlands Ranch, Colo.) finished with 15 points on 6-for-8 shooting, including 3-for-4 from beyond the arc, and senior guard Chase Hallam (Mesquite, Texas) added six rebounds and five assists.

Louisiana Tech 72, Idaho 66
RUSTON, La. -(AP) Kenneth Smith scored 22 points and Raheem Appleby had 20 to lead Louisiana Tech to a 72-66 victory over Idaho in a Western Athletic Conference game on Thursday night, the Bulldogs' seventh straight win.
Kenyon McNeail had 13 points for the Bulldogs (15-3, 5-0), who scored 33 points off Idaho's 23 turnovers. Louisiana Tech had 10 turnovers.
Stephen Madison had 21 points and eight rebounds, and Kyle Barone scored 19 for the Vandals (6-10, 2-4).
Trailing 30-25 at halftime, the Bulldogs pulled ahead 39-38 on Appleby's 3-pointer with 13:15 to go. Idaho grabbed the lead back with a 13-5 run that included a four-point play by Connor Hill and a 3-point play by Stephen Madison, going ahead 51-44 with 10:26 to play.

Seattle U 61, UT Arlington 44
ARLINGTON--(SU Media Relations) The Seattle University men's basketball team controlled Thursday night's game from start to finish, holding UT Arlington to 25.8 percent shooting from the field as the Redhawks earned their first Western Athletic Conference victory of the season, defeating the Mavericks, 61-44, at College Park Center.
Seattle U pulled out to a significant lead in the first half by holding UT Arlington without a field goal for seven-and-a-half minutes, outscoring the Mavericks 21-4 over that span of time. After missing all nine three-pointers they attempted Saturday against Denver, the Redhawks hit seven three-pointers, including three from Chad Rasmussen (University Place, Wash.), in the first 20 minutes against UTA.
