BAKERSFIELD, Calif.--(CSUB Media Relations) Freshman Hedda Regefalk (Stockholm, Sweden, Balckebergs Gymnasium) scored with 1:56 remaining in the second overtime to give Bakersfield a 2-1 victory over NM State Friday night.
The 'Runners scored first when Emily Noethe (Jr., Dallas, Ga., East Paulding HS) converted off a pair of touch passes from Regefalk and Taylor French (Monrovia, Calif., Monrovia HS) in the 33rd minute. The Aggies tied the score 3:38 into the second half on Jennae Cambra's goal.

Utah Valley 2, Kansas City 0
OREM, Utah --(UVU Media Relations) Utah Valley University used a pair of second-half goals, just minutes apart, to grab a 2-0 WAC victory over Kansas City at Clyde Field Friday night. Senior Haley Curtis tallied a goal and an assist while Natalie Baker slammed home the game-winner at the hour mark.
Utah Valley (6-7-0, 4-2-0 WAC) and Kansas City (6-7-1, 3-3-0 WAC) entered the final 45 minutes of play deadlocked at 0-0 after a scoreless first half. The opening period saw few chances on goal for either side, though the Kangaroos did have a shot ring the left post early in the match, as the two teams posted nearly identical stat lines. At intermission, UMKC had a slight advantage over UVU in shots at 8-6, but both teams put only four attempts on goal, earned three penalty kicks, and had four saves from their respective keepers.

Seattle U 5, Grand Canyon 0
Phoenix, Ariz.--(SU Media Relations) The Seattle University women’s soccer team kept rolling along Friday evening, extending its shutout streak to over 620 minutes with a 5-0 victory over Grand Canyon in a Western Athletic Conference match at GCU Soccer Field.
Seattle U’s offense pressured the Grand Canyon defense right from the start of the match, taking six shots in the first 26 minutes. The Redhawks finally broke through in the 27th minute when Taylor Ritzman (Holladay, Utah) drove down the right side and sent the ball into the box, where Natasha Howe (Mission Viejo, Calif.) converted on her sixth goal of the season.
