New Mexico State 3, Idaho 1
The Aggies remained atop the WAC standings with a four-set win over Idaho (14-25, 25-17, 25-19, 25-22) at Memorial Gym Thursday. With the victory, New Mexico State improves to 14-10 overall and 9-2 in the WAC. The Vandals fall to 13-10 on the season and 6-5 in WAC play.

The Aggies hit .326 on the match, compared to the .204 of the Vandals. NM State also had more kills (61-45), assists (57-40) and digs (70-47). Idaho had more service aces (7-4) and blocks (12-5).

Preslie Alexander led all players with 18 kills, while Gwen Murphy added 13. Taylor Livoti posted a double-double of 28 assists and 13 digs for her ninth double-double of the year.

Jessica Hastriter led Idaho with 13 kills, while Meredith Coba was just shy of a double-double with 35 assists and nine digs. Ashley Christman had five service aces in the loss.

Seattle U 3, Texas-Pan American 1
The Redhawks defeated Texas-Pan American in four sets (25-18, 23-25, 25-20, 25-17) in WAC action at the Connolly Center Thursday. With the win, Seattle U improves to 11-16 overall and 8-4 in the WAC. The Broncs fall to 11-16 on the season and 1-10 in WAC play.

The Redhawks U out-hit UTPA .280 to .176. Seattle U also had more kills (52-45), assists (45-43), service aces (8-6), digs (50-42) and blocks (7-6).

Sarah Jaeckel led the Redhawks with 14 kills, while Iris Ivanis added 12 kills. Kerry Lane finished with 36 assists, while Lani Beadle had 15 digs.

Haley Durham led the Broncs with 14 kills, while Anjane Janda added 11. Nycole Masaki dished out a match-high 41 assists, while Shanice Faison had 14 digs.

Kansas City 3, Bakersfield 2
The Kangaroos snapped Bakersfield's six-match winning streak with a five-set (25-20, 25-20, 23-25, 20-25, 15-9) win over the Roadrunners in WAC action at the Swinney Recreation Center Thursday night. With the victory, Kansas City improves to 13-10 on the season and 7-4 in the WAC. Bakersfield falls to 15-10 overall and 7-4 in WAC play with the loss.

The 'Roos hit .268 on the match, compared to the .184 of the Roadrunners. Kansas City also had more service aces (5-4) and blocks (18-4), but Bakersfield tallied more kills (71-62), assists (68-56) and digs (96-87) in defeat.

Jessica Hendin paced Kansas City with her sixth double-double of the season of 22 kills on .413 hitting, 12 digs and five blocks. Sydney Crimmins also doubled up with 13 kills and 20 digs, while Chloe Jarema had 10 kills. Kaylyn Brandt posted a double-double of 31 assists and 18 digs, while Taryn Miller had 24 digs and Emma Hagedorn finished with seven blocks.

Debora Araujo led Bakersfield with a double-double of 26 kills and 16 digs, while Kelsee Sawyer posted a double-double of 10 kills and 10 digs. Molly O'Hagan had 16 kills, while Fernanda Goncalves finished with 62 assists and nine digs. Mariah Alvidrez had a match-high 30 digs.

Grand Canyon 3, Chicago State 0
The Antelopes swept past Chicago State (25-20, 25-18, 25-21) in WAC action Thursday night at Grand Canyon Arena. With the win, Grand Canyon improves to 9-14 on the season and 3-7 in the WAC. The Cougars fall to 2-23 overall and 0-10 in WAC play with the loss.

The Antelopes out-hit Chicago State .174 to .124. Grand Canyon also had more kills (41-37), assists (36-34), service aces (5-3), digs (65-64) and blocks (8-1).

Hayleigh Friemoth led all players with 16 kills to go along with 11 digs for her third double-double of the season. Mackenzie Phelps had 17 digs, while Megan Davis added 15.

Paula Sioto paced Chicago State with 12 kills, while Mackenzie Lotter had 32 assists and Julia Menhart had a match-high 22 digs.
