New Mexico State 3, Chicago State 0
The Aggies won their seventh straight match and clinched at least a share of the WAC regular-season title with a sweep of Chicago State (25-18, 25-16, 25-13) at the Pan American Center Saturday. With the win, New Mexico State improves to 18-10 overall and 13-2 in WAC play. The Cougars fall to 2-27 on the season and 0-14 in the WAC.

The Aggies hit .427 on the match, compared to the .105 of Chicago State. NM State also had more kills (41-27), assists (37-25), service aces (9-3), digs (33-22) and blocks (4-2).

Bradley Nash led the Aggies with nine kills, seven digs and four service aces. Gwen Murphy and Lauren Loerch added eight kills apiece.

Paula Sioto had 10 kills, while Mackenzie Lotter dished out 23 assists to pace the Cougars.

Bakersfield 3, Grand Canyon 0
The Roadrunners swept past Grand Canyon (25-20, 25-9, 25-13) in WAC action Saturday afternoon at the Icardo Center. With the victory, Bakersfield improves to 17-10 on the season and 9-4 in the WAC. The Antelopes drop to 9-17 overall and 3-10 in WAC play.

The Roadrunners out-hit Grand Canyon .402 to .148. Bakersfield also had more kills (54-27), assists (47-26), service aces (6-3), digs (58-50) and blocks (5-4).

Shayna Guitare led all players with 13 kills, while Molly O'Hagan had 12 and Debora Araujo added 11. Fernanda Goncalves 44 assists and nine digs, while Mariah Alvidrez had a match-high 24 digs.

Lanie Muys paced the Antelopes with seven kills, while Jessica Posse had 17 assists and Mackenzie Phelps finished with 17 digs.

Kansas City 3, Texas-Pan American 1
The Kangaroos defeated Texas-Pan American in four sets (25-18, 17-25, 25-18, 25-15) in WAC action at the UTPA Fieldhouse Saturday. With the win, Kansas City improves to 14-12 overall and 8-6 in the WAC. The Broncs fall to 13-18 on the season and 2-12 in WAC play with the loss.

The 'Roos hit .164 on the match, compared to the .040 of UTPA. Kansas City also had more kills (51-35), assists (49-32), digs (75-66) and blocks (8-5).

Sydney Crimmins led Kansas City with 13 kills and 19 digs for her eighth double-double of the year. Jessica Hendin also doubled up with 13 kills and 10 digs. Emma Hagedorn tallied 10 kills, while Kaylyn Brandt posted a double-double of 28 assists and 12 digs.

Haley Durham paced UTPA with 10 kills, while Nycole Masaski dished out 29 assists and Shanice Faison had 15 digs.
