New Mexico State 3, Seattle U 1
The Aggies remained in first place in the WAC standings with a four-set win at Seattle U (23-25, 25-23, 26-24, 25-13) Saturday night at the Connolly Center. With the victory, the Aggies move to 15-10 on the season and 10-2 in WAC play. The Redhawks fall to 11-16 overall and 8-5 in the WAC with the loss.

NM State out-hit Seattle U .294 to .147. The Aggies also had more kills (55-53), assists (48-45) and blocks (15-5). The Redhawks posted more service aces (7-1) and digs (49-41) than NM State.

Bradley Nash paced the Aggies with 13 kills, while Gwen Murphy added 11 and Preslie Alexander had 10. Murphy and Lauren Loerch also had seven blocks apiece.

Sarah Jaeckel led Seattle U with 15 kills and eight digs, while Iris Ivanis had 14 kiklls and three aces. Martina Samadan finished with 10 kills, while Kerry Lane dished out 40 assists.

Utah Valley 3, Kansas City 1
Brookelyn Hall became Utah Valley's all-time career assists leader early in the first set as the Wolverines defeated Kansas City in four sets (22-25, 25-18, 25-20, 25-21) in WAC action at the Swinney Recreation Center Saturday night. With the win, Utah Valley improves to 16-12 overall and 9-3 in the WAC. The Kangaroos fall to 13-11 on the season and 7-5 in WAC play.

Hall, who needed just three assists to become UVU's all-time leader, passed assistant coach Lacee Jones' pervious record of 4,057 assists early in the opening set. Hall now has 4,103 career assists.

The Wolverines hit .196 on the match, compared to the .114 of Kansas City. Utah Valley also had more kills (57-46), assists (51-43) and digs (82-77). The 'Roos won the blocking battle 12-9 and both teams had five service aces.

Kalani Norris led all players with 18 kills to go along with 12 digs for her third double-double of the season, while Hall also doubled up with 48 assists and 18 digs. Lauren Stringham added 12 kills, seven digs and five blocks, while Katie Fritzler had 10 kills. McKenna Tait posted match highs of 19 digs and three aces.

Taylor Buhrow paced Kansas City with 12 kills, while Kaylyn Brandt posted a double-double of 21 assists and 15 digs. Emma Hagedorn tallied a match-high six blocks, while Taryn Miller had 17 digs.

Idaho 3, Texas Pan-American 1
After dropping the first set, the Vandals won the next three sets to beat Texas-Pan American in four sets (22-25, 25-18, 25-9, 25-19) Saturday at Memorial Gym. With the victory, Idaho moves to 14-10 overall and 7-5 in the WAC. The Broncs drop to 11-17 on the season and 1-11 in WAC play.

The Vandals out-hit UTPA .333 to .120 on the match. Idaho also had more kills (50-44), assists (45-42), service aces (9-6) and blocks (11-3), but the Broncs held the advantage in digs (54-50).

Ashley Christman led the Vandals with 13 kills, while Jessica Hastriter added 12. Meredith Coba had 42 assists, while Jenna Ellis had 18 digs.

Alisha Watson and Haley Durham led UTPA with 11 kills each, while Maria Kliefoth added 10.

Bakersfield 3, Chicago State 0
The Roadrunners swept past Chicago State (25-18, 27-25, 25-8) in WAC action at the Dickens Center Saturday afternoon. With the victory, Bakersfield improves to 16-10 on the season and 8-4 in the WAC. The Cougars fall to 2-24 overall and 0-11 in WAC play.

The Roadrunners out-hit Chicago State .434 to .143 on the match. Bakersfield also had more kills (45-27), assists (44-24), service aces (7-6), digs (37-25) and blocks (8-4).

Kelsee Sawyer led all players with 12 kills, while Debora Araujo added 11 kills and Molly O'Hagan had 10. Fernanda Goncalves had 37 assists and nine digs.

Chicago State was paced by Valeria Desiderio with nine kills, while Mackenzie Lotter dished out 21 assists.
