Wyoming 72, Idaho 64
The Vandals were outscored 40-27 in the first half en route to a 72-64 loss to Wyoming Saturday at Cowan Spectrum. With the loss, Idaho falls to 7-6 on the season. The Cowgirls improve to 9-2 on the year with the win.

Idaho shot 34 percent from the field, 25 percent from three-point range and 69 percent from the free throw line on the game. Wyoming connected on 40 percent from the floor, 47 percent from downtown and 75 percent from the charity stripe on the game. The Vandals edged the Cowgirls on the boards, 45-43.

Alyssa Charlston led Idaho with 22 points and season-high four blocks. Christina Salvatore added a season-high 15 points, while Stacey Barr tallied 10. Ali Forde pulled down a game-high 12 rebounds to go along with three blocks.

Omaha 73, Texas-Pan American 61
The Broncs fell 73-61 to Omaha Saturday at Charles Koch Arena in the opening game of the Wichita State Winter Classic. With the loss, Texas-Pan American drops to 6-5 on the season. The Mavericks improve to 6-5 on the year with the win.

The Broncs shot 34 percent from the field, 24 percent from three-point range and 69 percent from the free throw line on the game. Omaha connected on 52 percent from the floor, 38 percent from beyond the arc and 71 percent from the line on the game. The Mavs dominated the boards, 41-33.

Brittany Bush led UTPA with her fourth double-double of the season, a career-high 18 points and 12 rebounds. Jasmine Thompson added 11 points, while Cherrell Price scored a career-high 10 points.

San Jose State 81, Kansas City 76
Kansas City overcame an 11-point second half deficit to take a one-point lead late in the game, but could not hold on as San Jose State knocked off the 'Roos 81-76 on Saturday afternoon at the Event Center. With the loss, Kansas City falls to 4-8 on the season. The Spartans improve to 6-5 on the year with the win.

The 'Roos shot 37 percent from the field, 39 percent from three-point range and 83 percent from the free throw line on the game. SJSU connected on 39 percent from the floor, 17 percent from beyond the arc and 60 percent from the line. The Spartans won the rebounding battle, 49-45.

Eilise O’Connor and Kim Nezianya led Kansas City with 19 points each. Calli White and Grace Mitchell added 11 and 10 points, respectively. Taylor Leathers collected a season-high 10 rebounds.

Cal State Fullerton 55, Seattle U 53
Down by as many as 12 in the first half and powering back to regain the lead, Seattle U fell 55-53 to Cal State Fullerton at Titan Gym Saturday. With the loss, the Redhawks drop to 5-7 on the season. Fullerton improves to 2-8 on the year with the win.

Seattle U shot 32 percent from the field, 20 percent from three-point range and 63 percent from the free throw line on the game. The Titans connected on 38 percent from the floor, 42 percent from downtown and 46 percent from the charity stripe. The Redhawks outrebounded Cal State Fullerton 47-38.

Sylvia Shephard led all players with 15 points and added a game-high 10 rebounds for her second double-double of the season. Ashley Ward scored 10 points.
