Kansas City 83, Maryville 79
The Kangaroos won their second straight game, defeating Maryville 83-79 at the Swinney Recreation Center Wednesday. With the win, Kansas City improves to 2-6 on the season. Maryville falls to 4-3 on the season with the loss.

The 'Roos shot a season-high 51 percent from the field, a season-best 50 percent from three-point range and 80 percent from the free throw line on the game. The Saints connected on 46 percent from the floor, 31 percent from downtown and 77 percent from the charity stripe on the game. Kansas City out-rebounded Maryville 37-32.

Eilise O'Connor led a group of five 'Roos in double-digit scoring with 16 points to go along with nine assists, five rebounds and two steals. Lexis Hardiek finished with 15 points, Taylor Leathers added 14 points and a team-high nine rebounds. Calli White added 12 points and Kelsey Barnwell had 11.

Oregon 105, Seattle U 100
After trailing by 23 early, Seattle U took the lead with 12:51 left in the game only to fall 105-100 to Oregon at Key Arena Wednesday. With the loss, the Redhawks fall to 3-5 on the season. The Ducks improve to 5-2 on the season with the win.

Seattle U shot 52 percent from the field, 32 percent from three-point range and 75 percent from the free throw line on the game. Oregon connected on 43 percent from the floor, 44 percent from beyond the arc and 72 percent from the line. The Ducks won the rebounding battle, 49-38.

Kacie Sowell led the Redhawks with 25 points and seven rebounds, while Sylvia Shephard added 23 points, eight rebounds and eight assists. Taelor Ross finished with 15 points and seven rebounds, Wilma Afungo scored 10 points and Ashley Ward dished out nine assists.
