Bakersfield 3, James Madison 1
The Roadrunners defeated host James Madison in four sets (24-26, 25-20, 25-14, 25-18) Saturday morning at the JMU Classic. Bakersfield hit .310 to the .195 of the Dukes. Molly O'Hagan finished with 19 kills on .643 hitting and nine blocks. Debora Araujo added a double-double of 16 kills and 16 digs. Fernanda Gonçalves also doubled up with 58 assists and 15 digs.

Bakersfield 3, Wyoming 1
The Roadrunners won the JMU Classic with a four-set win over Wyoming (25-23, 19-25, 25-23, 25-16) Saturday. Bakersfield hit .143 on the match, compared to the .061 of the Cowgirls. Araujo (18 kills, 10 digs), Gonçalves (49 assists, 10 digs) and Danika Youngblood (10 kills, 15 digs) all posted double-doubles, while O'Hagan was named tournament MVP.

Kansas City 3, Pennsylvania 1
The Kangaroos defeated Pennsylvania in four sets (22-25, 25-15, 25-22, 25-19) at the Maryland Invitational Saturday morning. Kansas City out-hit the Quakers .258 to .116 and out-blocked Penn 19-0 in the win. Jessica Hendin led UMKC with 10 kills, while Emma Hagedorn had a match-high 14 blocks. Nicole Wemhoff posted a double-double of 14 assists and 13 digs.

Kansas City 3, LIU Brooklyn 1
The Kangaroos picked up their second win of the day, defeating LIU Brooklyn in four sets (25-22, 27-25, 18-25, 25-21) in their final match of the Maryland Invitational Saturday. Kansas City out-blocked LIU Brooklyn 14-6 and out-hit the Blackbirds .160 to .133. Hendin led the 'Roos with 17 kills and 10 digs, while Sydney Crimmins also posted a double-double of 10 kills and 10 digs.

UC Davis 3, Grand Canyon 1
The Antelopes fell in four sets (22-25, 23-25, 25-14, 19-25) to UC Davis at the Nevada Tournament Saturday. Grand Canyon out-hit the Aggies .267 to .256 in the loss. Kaitlynn Ausmus led the Antelopes with 18 kills, while Shannon Dugan added 14 kills and Megan Davis posted a double-double of 11 kills and 14 digs.

Grand Canyon 3, Weber State 2
The Antelopes won their first match as a Division I volleyball program with a 3-2 victory over Weber State (17-25, 29-27, 25-20, 18-25, 15-9) to close out the Wolf Pack Invitational Saturday. Dugan had 17 kills, while Ausmus and Britta Forsythe added 12 each.

Texas-Pan American 3, Louisiana-Monroe 0
The Broncs picked up their fourth-straight win, sweeping Louisiana-Monroe (25-22, 25-20, 25-17) in their first match of the Sugar Bear Classic Saturday. Texas-Pan American out-hit the Warhawks .196 to .075 and out-blocked ULM 9-3. Maria Kliefoth paced the Broncs with 10 kills.

Central Arkansas 3, Texas-Pan American 0
The Broncs fell in straight sets to host Central Arkansas (16-25, 18-25, 21-25) to close out the Sugar Bear Classic Saturday. Texas-Pan American hit .088 on the match, compared to the .356 of the Sugar Bears. Kliefoth and Haley Durham had seven kills each to pace the Broncs.

Santa Clara 3, New Mexico State 1
The Aggies dropped a four-set match to Santa Clara (22-25, 25-17, 16-25, 25-27) to close out the Wahine Classic at the Stan Sheriff Center Saturday. New Mexico State was out-hit .245 to .176, but out-blocked the Broncos 14-7. Lauren Loerch posted a team-high 10 kills to go along with five digs, three service aces and three blocks. Desiree Scott added nine kills and seven blocks, while Taylor Livoti tallied her second double-double of the year with 14 assists and 10 digs.


Butler 3, Utah Valley 0
The Wolverines were swept by Butler (11-25, 22-25, 16-25) at the Arizona Desert Classic Saturday. Utah Valley hit just .037 on the match, compared to the .302 of the Bulldogs. Nakisha Willden posted a match-high 14 kills in the loss.

Arizona 3, Utah Valley 0

The Wolverines closed out the Desert Classic with a three-set loss to Arizona (17-25, 22-25, 15-25) Saturday night. Utah Valley hit .118 on the match, compared to the .264 of the Wildcats. Macky Treanor led the Wolverines with six kills in the loss.

Gonzaga 3, Seattle U 0
The Redhawks were swept by the host Zags (15-25, 22-25, 17-25) at the Gonzaga Invitational Saturday. Seattle U was out-hit .317 to .160 and had 11 service errors in the loss. Matea Mamic led the Redhawks with 10 kills.

UNLV 3, Seattle U 0
The Redhawks dropped their second match of the day in straight sets to UNLV (21-25, 22-25, 20-25) to fall to 2-6 on the year. Seattle U hit .102 on the match, compared to the .213 of the Rebels and had 12 service errors in the loss.

Northern Arizona 3, Idaho 0
The Vandals fell to host Northern Arizona in straight sets (18-25, 25-27, 23-25) at the Fiesta Classic Saturday. Idaho was out-hit .259 to .183. Alyssa Schultz and Jessica Hastriter had 13 kills each to pace the Vandals.

San Diego State 3, Idaho 0
The Vandals dropped their third straight match, falling in three sets to San Diego State (23-25, 20-25, 25-27) to close out the Fiesta Classic. Idaho hit .229 on the match, compared to the .250 of the Aztecs. Katelyn Peterson and Hastriter had 10 kills each to pace the Vandals.

UIC 3, Chicago State 1
The Cougars fell in four sets (14-25, 23-25, 25-13, 16-25) at host Illinois-Chicago in the UIC Invitational Saturday. Chicago State out-blocked the Flames 10-8, but was out-hit .179 to .135. Valeria Desiderio and Rachel Levitt paced the Cougars with 12 kills each. Desiderio added 12 digs for her third double-double of the season.

Marshall 3, Chicago State 1
The Cougars dropped their second match of the day in four sets to Marshall (14-25, 18-25, 26-24, 9-25) to remain winless on the season. Chicago State was out-hit .287 to .124 on the match. Paula Sioto led the Cougars with 13 kills, while Levitt added 10.
