Recap | Stats

In a feast or famine 2104 season, the San José State men's soccer team traveled to the Air Force Academy and feasted on the Falcons to the tune of four first-half goals on their way to a 5-1 win on Cadet Soccer Field.  It is the Spartans first road win and first Western Athletic Conference win of 2014.

Utah Valley 1, Grand Canyon 0
Recap | Stats

Behind a late goal from Skyler Milne, Utah Valley University earned a landmark win over Grand Canyon University, 1-0, on Friday night at Clyde Field. The victory is the Wolverines' (5-3-1, 1-0-1) first as members of the Western Athletic Conference.

Scoreless for over 83 minutes, Matt Gay's throw-in set Milne up perfectly for a header that deflected off of Antelopes' keeper Kendyl Day and in. The goal, Milne's second of the season, came in the 84th minute of UVU's third shutout of the season.

UNLV 3, Seattle U 1
Recap | Stats

Las Vegas native Danny Musovski scored twice in the first 33 minutes to give UNLV a 3-0 lead in an eventual 3-1 victory at Seattle in a key WAC men's soccer contest on Friday night at Championship Field. In a game between the top two teams in the preseason poll, the Rebels knocked off the defending champions to move to 8-2-1 on the year and tie for first in the conference at 2-0. Seattle, the first team out in this week's NSCAA Top 25 poll, dropped to 5-4-1, 0-1-1 in league play. The eight wins for UNLV surpasses last year's win total, with at least eight more contests left to play.
