LAS CRUCES, N.M. - (NMSU Media Relations) The New Mexico State women’s basketball team defeated North Dakota State, 79-59, on Sunday afternoon inside the Pan American Center for its third-consecutive win, all by double-digits and two by 20 or more points.
The Aggies, who started the season by losing their first five games, improve to 3-5 and remain undefeated in the month of December. The Bison have lost three of their last four games and fall to 4-6.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - (UMKC Media Relations) Aries Washington matched her career-high’s with 16 points on 5-of-6 shooting and six rebounds, while adding three assists, but the Missouri-Kansas City women’s basketball team was unable to overcome 24 turnovers en route to a 65-47 loss to North Texas on Saturday at the Swinney Recreation Center.
For the ‘Roos, Waldron finished with eight points and four rebounds, while Leathers added four points, five rebounds and three assists and Roof scored six points with three rebounds and two assists.On the glass, the ‘Roos matched the Mean Green as each grabbed 29 caroms and defensively, UMKC tallied four steals and three blocks.

LUBBOCK, Texas - (UTPA Media Relations)In a game that featured five lead changes and four ties, the University of Texas-Pan American Broncs women’s basketball team fell to the Texas Tech Red Raiders 50-42 on Sunday at United Spirit Arena.
Freshman Troi Swain led the Broncs with a career-high 10 points on 4-of-8 shooting, including 2-of-4 from behind the arc.
