LAS CRUCES, N.M. – (NM State Media Relations) Pascal Siakam scored 13 points and hauled in 13 rebounds for the double-double, however, No.24-ranked Colorado State edged New Mexico State 58-57 in overtime Saturday evening at the Pan American Center.
With four seconds remaining, Ian Baker hit a key three-pointer from the top of the key to send the game into overtime.
Neither team shot the bell exceptionally well. The Aggies hit 38 percent (19-of-50) of their shots, while the Rams shot 35 percent (21-of-60) from the field. The Aggies out-rebounded the Rams 41-36, however, CSU outscored NM State in the paint 30-16.
Barry finished the evening with a team-high 14 points, while Baker helped out with 13 and hauled in eight rebounds.

OREM, Utah – (UVU Media Relations) Chad Ross scored 10 points with a career-high five rebounds to lead the Utah Valley University men's basketball team in a 74-49 setback to Sacramento State Saturday night at the UCCU Center.
With the loss, Utah Valley falls to 4-8 on the season. Sacramento State improves to 6-5 on the season.
Utah Valley went into halftime trailing by only six points, 38-32. UVU then got within two points, 38-36, with 16:55 to play. The Hornets then responded with a 15-2 run to capture a lead they would continue to build upon for the victory.
Mitch Bruneel scored nine points, while Marcel Davis helped with seven points and Cory Cardwell added a career-high six points.
Sacramento State shot 55.8 percent from the field on the night while limiting Utah Valley to a 32.7 percent clip. The Wolverines struggled in the second half from the field, connecting on 20 percent of their shots. The Hornets hit 10-of-17 threes while UVU went 5-for-27 from long range.
