Bakersfield 97, Kansas City 91
The Roadrunners remained in second place in the WAC standings with a 97-91 win over Kansas City Thursday at the Icardo Center. With the win, Bakersfield improves to 15-9 on the season and 9-3 in the WAC. The Kangaroos fall to 10-15 overall and 6-6 in WAC play with the loss.

The 'Runners shot 51 percent from the field, 27 percent from three-point range and 63 percent from the free throw line on the game. Kansas City connected on 46 percent from the floor, 64 percent from beyond the arc and 83 percent from the line. The 'Roos dominated the boards, 47-36.
 
Tyonna Outland tied the Bakersfield Division I record for points in a game with 36 to go along with eight rebounds. Melissa Sweat added 24 points, while Alyssa Shannon finished with 13.

Eilise O'Connor paced Kansas City with 31 points, nine rebounds and six assists. Kim Nezianya added 23 points and 17 rebounds, while Calli White finished with 18 points.

Grand Canyon 72, Seattle U 66
The Antelopes remained undefeated at home with a 72-66 win over Seattle U at GCU Arena Thursday. With the win, Grand Canyon improves to 17-7 on the season and 6-5 in WAC play. The Redhawks fall to 13-13 overall and 8-5 in the WAC.

The 'Lopes shot 47 percent from the field, 37 percent from three-point range and 62 percent from the free throw line on the game. Seattle U connected on 47 percent from the floor, 18 percent from downtown and 67 percent from the charity stripe. GCU out-rebounded the Redhawks 36-32.

Jenna Pearson and Deanna Daniels had 19 points apiece to pace the 'Lopes, while Johnna Brown posted a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds. Kaitlyn Petersen added 11 points, while Justine Johnson dished out seven assists.

Wilma Afunugo led Seattle U with 19 points, while Ashley Ward tallied 16. Kacie Sowell posted a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds.

New Mexico State 83, Texas-Pan American 71
The Aggies outscored Texas-Pan American 55-39 in the second half en route to an 83-71 win over the Broncs at the Pan American Center Thursday. With the win, the Aggies improve to 10-16 overall and 7-6 in WAC play. UTPA drops to 12-14 on the season and 6-7 in the WAC.

NM State shot 33 percent from the field, 29 percent from three-point range and 64 percent from the free throw line on the game. The Broncs connected on 39 percent from the floor, 33 percent from beyond the arc and 68 percent from the line. The Aggies edged UTPA on the boards, 48-47.

Danesia Williamson led all players with 22 points and seven assists, while Moriah Mack added 16 points and 10 boards for her first double-double of the season. Sasha Weber finished with 15 points and eight rebounds, while Abby Scott added 11 points.

Brittany Bush led UTPA with 16 points and 17 rebounds. KaeLynn Boyd had a team-high 17 points, while Jasmine Thompson finished with 12.

Utah Valley 84, Chicago State 64
Utah Valley matched its program record for best shooting percentage against Division I competition in an 84-64 win over Chicago State at the UCCU Center Thursday. With the win, the Wolverines improve to 5-20 on the season and 2-10 in WAC play. The Cougars fall to 3-22 overall and 0-12 in the WAC.

Utah Valley shot 63 percent from the field, 50 percent from three-point range and 81 percent from the free throw line on the game. Chicago State connected on 35 percent from the floor, 54 percent from downtown and 86 percent from the charity stripe. The Wolverines won the rebounding battle, 31-22.

Katie Kuklok led all players with 24 points, including seven three-pointers, while Sam Loggins added 21 points. Georgia Agnew posted a double-double of 10 points and 12 assists.

Tierra Williams led the Cougars with 20 points, while Jasmine Sanders added 14.
